U.S. Representative Mike Carey Visits Mental Health Services for Clark and Madison Counties

Last week, Mental Health Services for Clark and Madison Counties, Inc. (MHS) had the honor of hosting Mike Carey, U.S. House of Representatives, for a visit to discuss the pressing mental health and addiction treatment needs within the local community.
During his visit, Rep. Carey met with MHS board members and leadership, including CEO Kelly Rigger and CFO Mark Huff, to gain insight into the challenges facing mental health and addiction treatment services in the area. He took the time to listen to the organization's concerns and offered his support for future inquiries and assistance that may arise.
Rep. Carey’s visit highlights his commitment to advocating for mental health and addiction treatment in Ohio, and MHS expressed deep appreciation for his time and attention. The organization looks forward to continuing to work with local and state representatives to address the mental health needs of the community.
