Plain City Aquatic Center Announces 2025 Daily Pass Changes for Residents and Non-Residents

As pool season kicks off this weekend, the Village of Plain City is making a splash with updated daily pass pricing at the Plain City Aquatic Center. New for the 2025 season, non-Village residents will pay a different rate than Village residents for daily pool access.

To help clarify residency status, the Village is encouraging community members to verify whether they reside within the Village limits. Anyone unsure of their status can visit the state’s address lookup tool at

Ohio Tax District Lookup. A valid Plain City resident address will show “PLAIN CITY” with a Tax District ID of 49044.

It’s important to note that while many residents of Jerome, Darby, and Canaan townships may have a Plain City mailing address, they may not fall within the Village's taxing district and are therefore considered non-residents.

Daily Pass Rates Before 4 PM
Residents

• Children under 2: Free
• Children (3–17): $6
• Adults (18–54): $8
• Seniors (55+): $5
• Military: $2 discount
• Registered Pastime Park Campers: $2 discount
• Adult-Only Swim: $2

Non-Residents

• Children under 2: Free
• Children (3–17): $10
• Adults (18–54): $15
• Seniors (55+): $8
• Military: $2 discount
• Registered Pastime Park Campers: $2 discount
• Adult-Only Swim: $2

To qualify for resident pricing, guests must provide proof of Village residency with a current driver’s license or utility bill. Once verified, residents will receive a key tag for quick and convenient daily pool entry throughout the season.

Passes, memberships, and key tags can be purchased in person at the Plain City Aquatic Center.
