Previously, Savannah held roles in Union County and Marysville, Ohio, where she managed economic development projects, responded to business leads, advanced strategic initiatives, and administered programs supporting business expansion and retention. She also has an extensive background in economic development from her time in Chicago at Somercor, where she held several roles, managed a city-wide grant program, supported nearly 350 small businesses, and worked closely with the City of Chicago Department of Planning. Earlier in her career, Savannah worked as an Economic Development Management Consultant with the Ballard County Economic Development Corporation, collaborating with the Board to establish concrete goals for the organization’s future. She holds a Master’s in Economic Development from Murray State University.
Savannah will formally begin her role on December 15th.
