Madison County to Host "No Wrong Door" Networking and Resource Event July 22

The United Way of Clark, Champaign, and Madison Counties is pleased to announce the upcoming No Wrong Door event, set for Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at London City Hall, 20 S Walnut Street. This valuable day-long program will run from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (doors open at 9:00 a.m.), and is open to agencies, service providers, and community members seeking to strengthen resource networks across the county.

The No Wrong Door model is designed to ensure that every client can access the support they need—no matter where they enter the system. The goal is to streamline

services, promote interagency collaboration, and enhance client satisfaction through better communication and connection.

Participants can expect:

• Engaging presentations from a variety of agencies highlighting the services they offer.
• Vendor tables for one-on-one conversations and deeper dives into specific programs.
• Networking opportunities with local service providers.
• Guidance on how to conduct warm hand-offs when your agency cannot meet a client's needs.

There is a $10 registration fee, which includes lunch. Both vendors/speakers and individual participants are welcome.
