Junior Achievement to Honor Outstanding Local Business Leaders at 2025 Business Hall of Fame Banquet

Junior Achievement of Mad River Region (JA) will honor some of the region’s most influential business and community leaders at the 2025 Business Hall of Fame Banquet, taking place on Tuesday, May 7, at the Hollenbeck Bayley Creative Arts and Conference Center in Springfield.

Since 1990, Junior Achievement has recognized leaders who exemplify business excellence, courageous action, innovation, leadership, and community support across Clark, Champaign, Logan, and Madison Counties. These individuals serve as role models not only for their peers but also for the thousands of students JA reaches through its financial literacy, workforce readiness, and entrepreneurship programs.

The 2025 inductees include:

• Laureate: Jamie McGregor, Chief Executive Officer of McGregor Metal
• Spotlight Award: Leigh Ann Lawrence, Executive Director of Leadership Clark County
• Entrepreneurial Business of the Year: Young Hair, Inc., owned by Patty Young
• Impact Award: Cassie Francis, Assistant Vice President, Commercial/Agricultural Loan Officer at Merchants National Bank

The evening will begin at 5:30 PM at the Hollenbeck Bayley Creative Arts and Conference Center, located at 275 S. Limestone Street in Springfield. Tickets for the event are $65 each and can be purchased online at japartners.org/event/mad-river-area-business-hall-of-fame.
