Founded by George Burke on Maple Street in 1969, Ronettis Pizza started as a small carryout and delivery-focused pizzeria with a limited menu. Over the years, it grew to include dine-in services at its current South Main Street location, thanks to an expansion in 1996. Ownership transitioned within the Burke family before being purchased by Jereme Collins in 2011. 

“Ronettis was established 42 years before I took over,” Collins shared. “While owning a restaurant wasn’t part of my childhood dream, I worked here in high school and saw an opportunity to transform my dream of becoming an educator into one of becoming an entrepreneur.” 

In 2024, Ronettis further expanded its reach by adding a food truck, bringing its signature dishes to new audiences and events across Ohio. 

Local Ingredients, Unparalleled Quality 
What sets Ronettis Pizza apart is its dedication to sourcing high-quality, local ingredients. The meats come from Columbus-based suppliers Falters Meats and Ezzo Pepperoni, while the bread is supplied by Auddino’s Italian Bakery, a staple in central Ohio. The ice cream on their food truck menu is sourced from Johnson’s Ice Cream in Bexley and InstantWhip in London, ensuring the freshest flavors for milkshakes and desserts. 

“We believe in supporting local businesses and providing the best possible ingredients to our customers,” Collins said. “It’s a partnership that benefits everyone.” 

Signature Creations and Fan Favorites 
While Ronettis offers the ever-popular "build-your-own" pizza option, its innovative monthly signature pizzas truly capture the imagination of its customers. Currently, the Pickled Porker—a creamy alfredo base topped with bacon, ham, mozzarella, provolone, and pickles—has customers buzzing. 

Ronettis also celebrates its longstanding history with special promotions. During its 50th anniversary, the pizzeria sold pizzas at their 1969 prices, creating lines of eager customers that stretched around the block.

The secret to Ronettis’ success is its unwavering dedication to customer service and community support. “Our customers are incredibly important, but our employees are even more so,” Collins emphasized. “We couldn’t have made it through challenges like post-COVID staffing issues without the commitment of our amazing team.”
