Barhorst Appointed Vice Chair of House Medicaid Committee

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Tim Barhorst (R-Fort Loramie) has been appointed by Ohio House Speaker Matt Huffman (R-Lima) as Vice Chair of the Medicaid Committee for the 136th General Assembly.
 
“I’m excited to be at forefront of shaping policy that will benefit the health and well-being of all Ohioans,” said Barhorst. “This committee will be in charge of tackling one of the top budget expenses in our state, and I look forward to helping Chair Gross lead it.” ​

In addition to the Medicaid Committee, Barhorst will serve on the House Health, Agriculture, and Insurance Committees.
