Position Overview
Madison-Champaign ESC is seeking a dedicated Program Float to support schools across Madison County. This unique role covers open Teacher and Paraprofessional positions, providing classroom support and assisting staff who work directly with students with disabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in multiple educational settings while making a meaningful difference in students’ lives.

Position Details

• Schedule: 7.5 hours/day, 5 days/week
• Work Year: 184 days/year (prorated)
• Location: Madison County schools

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• Valid Ohio Department of Education license (or willingness to apply after hire)
• Experience working with students with disabilities or intensive behaviors preferred
• Must pass a satisfactory criminal records check
