Procter Center Farm and Camp Seeking Kitchen Assistants

Procter Center Farm and Camp, located at 11235 State Route 38 E, London, Ohio, is hiring part-time Kitchen Assistants and Dishwashers to join their welcoming, team-focused environment.

The center, a ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Southern Ohio, serves as a retreat, conference space, and summer camp for youth, families, and adults. It features a six-acre vegetable and livestock farm, a 9-acre lake, and 70 acres of scenic woods — making it a peaceful, vibrant place to work.

Kitchen Assistants will support farm-to-table meal services alongside Head Chef Xandra Sharpe and Kitchen Manager, working in Procter’s commercial kitchen and dining hall. Employees will help prepare meals, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and contribute to a positive, encouraging workplace.

Available Shifts:

• Breakfast-Lunch: Tuesday-Friday, and Sundays
• Weekends: All Shifts
• Summer: Breakfast-Lunch, and Afternoon-Dinner

Job Details:

• Hours: 15 to 30 hours per week
• Starting Pay: $15 per hour (before taxes)
