Madison-Champaign ESC Hiring Paraprofessional Program Float to Support Students with Disabilities

The Madison-Champaign Educational Service Center (ESC) is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional Program Float to join its team at MAC South in London, Ohio. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to assist teachers and staff in working with students with disabilities, particularly those with social-emotional and behavioral needs.

Ideal candidates should have experience supporting students with intensive behaviors and a passion for leading with a servant’s heart. The position includes 7-hour workdays, five days a week, over a 188-day school year (prorated).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid ODE Aide Permit (or willingness to apply after selection)
• Experience with students with intensive behaviors (preferred)
• Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting
• Credentialed in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) or able to complete required training
