London Correctional Institution is Hiring Correction Officers for 2025

New recruits can start with a pay rate of up to $25.17 per hour ($52,353 annually), with potential earnings of $32.91 per hour ($68,452 annually) after five years. The role includes regular pay increases, overtime and holiday pay, and longevity bonuses after five years.

In addition to financial benefits, LOCI provides an extensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as childcare and healthcare spending accounts. Employees also receive paid leave, with up to 80 hours of vacation annually, increasing after four years, and 32 hours of personal leave per year.
