​Bridges Community Action Partnership is hiring a HWAP BIL Tech to join its weatherization crew serving Union County. This hands-on role plays a vital part in helping families lower energy costs and live in healthier homes.

Crew members assist in installing insulation, storm windows, and other energy-saving measures. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy physical work, helping others, and being part of a supportive team.

Position Details:

• Starting Pay: $19.50/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8.5-hour days (34 hours/week)
• Location: Marysville, OH

Key Responsibilities:

• Install insulation, weather stripping, and perform caulking/sealing work
• Work in various environments including crawlspaces and attics
• Maintain tools and inventory
• Interact respectfully with diverse community members

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Comfortable with ladders and tight spaces
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
