Humane Society of Madison County Hiring for Two Key Positions

The Humane Society of Madison County is expanding its team and currently accepting applications for two important roles: a full-time Adoptions Counselor based in West Jefferson and a part-time Business Manager with flexible, mostly remote hours.

Adoptions Counselor – Full-Time (West Jefferson)
Animal lovers with strong people skills are encouraged to apply for the full-time Adoptions Counselor position. This role is essential to helping shelter pets find their forever homes and includes duties such as coordinating meet-and-greets, answering phones, processing adoption paperwork, and maintaining pet listings and social media updates.

• Hours: 30–35 per week
• Pay: $12.50/hour
• Requirements: Some weekends and holidays required
• Location: West Jefferson, OH
