📍 Location: Training at a nearby location until the new store opens
💵 Pay: Starting at $17.50/hour, up to $19.50/hour after 5 years
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | 32–40 hours per week

🔍 Position Overview
Join ALDI as a Store Associate, where you'll work as part of a team to provide outstanding customer service, keep shelves stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

🛠️ Job Duties

• Process customer purchases and operate the cash register
• Stock merchandise and organize displays
• Keep store clean and presentable
• Assist customers and provide friendly, efficient service
• Collaborate with team members and follow store procedures
• Report inventory issues or errors to management
• Follow ALDI's cash handling and loss prevention procedures

🏋️ Physical Requirements

• Lift/move up to 45 lbs.
• Regularly walk, bend, reach, and stand during shift

🎓 Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail or customer service experience a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and follow directions
• Comfortable working independently and in a team
• Able to operate store equipment (training provided)
• Must meet local alcohol handling requirements

💼 Wage Progression

• Year 1: $17.50/hr
• Year 2: $18.00/hr
• Year 3–4: $18.50/hr
• Year 5: $19.50/hr
