Bridges Community Action Hiring HWAP BIL Crew Leader in Marysville

Bridges Community Action Partnership is now accepting applications for a HWAP BIL Crew Leader, a key role within its mission to make homes safer, warmer, and more energy-efficient for families in need.

The Crew Leader will oversee a weatherization team, helping ensure energy-saving upgrades are installed correctly and program standards are met. Responsibilities include supervising daily work, completing installations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring proper use of materials and equipment.

Position Details:

• Starting Pay: $21.45/hour
• Schedule: 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 8.5-hour days)
• Location: Marysville, OH

Qualifications:

• Some leadership experience
• Experience in construction, home repair, or weatherization (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied weather and tight spaces
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
